At Western Paver Design, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work. We are proud to offer a comprehensive 5-year warranty on all our paver and outdoor living installations. See specifics below. This warranty reflects our commitment to providing durable, long-lasting, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces for our customers.
What Our 5-Year Warranty Covers:
- Structural Integrity: We guarantee that all paver installations will maintain their structural integrity under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of completion. This includes the prevention of major settling, shifting, or movement of the pavers.
- Workmanship: Our skilled team takes great pride in their work, and we warrant that our installations will be free from workmanship defects. Should any defects arise due to improper installation, they will be repaired at no cost to the homeowner. Please note: The warranty is voided if damage is caused by incorrect pressure washing, environmental factors, or extreme weather conditions. However, Western Paver Design is available for repairs and maintenance at discounted rates for existing and previous clients.
- Materials: The materials we use are of the highest quality, and we warrant that all pavers, borders, and related products will be free from defects in material for 5 years from the date of installation.
What Our 5-Year Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage Caused by Improper Use: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or alterations made by the homeowner or third parties.
- Environmental Factors: Natural events such as earthquakes, flooding, and other acts of nature are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, normal wear and tear, including the natural fading of colors, is not covered.
- Improper Maintenance: Pavers require proper care to maintain their beauty and functionality. Damage caused by failure to follow recommended maintenance practices, including inadequate drainage or improper cleaning methods, is not covered.
Making a Warranty Claim:
If you believe that your installation requires a warranty repair, please contact Western Paver Design immediately. We will schedule an inspection to determine the cause of the issue. If the problem is covered under our warranty, we will make the necessary repairs at no cost to you.
Additional Warranty Details:
- Paver and Retaining Wall Installation: A 5-year warranty on workmanship only. The manufacturer’s warranty on materials is based on the specific manufacturer and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Artificial Turf: A 1-year warranty on workmanship only. Turf may be warrantied by the manufacturer, also on a case-by-case basis.
- Outdoor Lighting: The warranty covers installation only. The manufacturer’s warranty on the lighting is based on their specific terms and is handled case by case.
- Outdoor Kitchens, Fire Pits/Fireplaces: A 1-year warranty on workmanship only. The manufacturer’s warranty is based on each manufacturer’s terms and is handled case by case.
- Decks and Railing Installation: A 1-year warranty on workmanship.
- Concrete: Due to the nature of concrete, there is no warranty on concrete work and installation.
