Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship with written warranties on our paver, wall and outdoor living installations. The terms for each service are below.
What Our 3-Year Warranty Covers
- Structural integrity
- All paver installations will maintain structural integrity under normal use for 3 years from the date of completion — including prevention of major settling, shifting or movement of the pavers.
- Workmanship
- Our installations will be free from workmanship defects. Should any defect arise from improper installation, we repair it at no cost to the homeowner.
- Materials
- All pavers, borders and related products will be free from defects in material for 3 years from the date of installation.
Note: the warranty is voided if damage is caused by incorrect pressure washing, environmental factors or extreme weather. Western Paver Design is still available for repairs and maintenance at discounted rates for existing and previous clients.
What It Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by improper use
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or alterations made by the homeowner or third parties.
- Environmental factors
- Natural events such as earthquakes and flooding, plus normal wear and tear including the natural fading of colors.
- Improper maintenance
- Damage caused by failure to follow recommended maintenance practices, including inadequate drainage or improper cleaning methods.

| Concrete (Oregon Concrete Company) | No warranty | Due to the nature of concrete, there is no warranty on concrete work and installation. |
| Artificial turf | 1-year workmanship | Turf may be warrantied by the manufacturer, also case by case. |
| Outdoor lighting | Installation only | Manufacturer warranty on the lighting is based on their specific terms, handled case by case. |
| Outdoor kitchens, fire pits & fireplaces | 1-year workmanship | Manufacturer warranty is based on each manufacturer's terms, handled case by case. |
| Decks & railing installation | 1-year workmanship | Covers workmanship on the deck and railing build. |
| Western Paver Restoration | 1-year | Restoration and paver maintenance work. |
| Oregon Retaining Walls | 3-year | Retaining wall design and installation. |
| Oregon Deck | 1-year workmanship | Deck design and installation. |
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your installation requires a warranty repair, contact Western Paver Design immediately. We'll schedule an inspection to determine the cause of the issue. If the problem is covered under our warranty, we make the necessary repairs at no cost to you.
